I always feel hungry. What should I do?
The first step that must be done is to ascertain whether the hunger that appears actually came from the belly, not with emotion, stress ataau bored. When you're under stress, your body unconsciously are in resistance mode, because it releases adrenaline and cortisol, which will drain your energy and make you feel hungry.
